Cathi Youman – Owner
Cathi, Lasheville owner and Master Lash Tech, relocated to Asheville in 2014 when her husband was offered a position at a local manufacturing company. Having lived in Southern California her entire life, it was a challenging proposition to move not only her personal life but also give up a very successful business in hair styling and eyelash extensions.
When she arrived to WNC, she quickly realized that getting lash extensions in the area was a challenge; it seemed that overpricing made the service unaffordable and less desirable. This lead her to ultimately make the decision to start the first full-service eyelash extension salon in Asheville… Lasheville was born!
Cathi set up her own salon at home and started offering free extensions to her community of friends and acquaintances. She soon found the demand to be more than she could handle from home and made the decision to move into a bigger location in downtown Asheville. While the location of Lasheville has since moved to an even more luxurious space at The District (just five minutes from downtown), Cathi and her team have maintained the same mantra from the very beginning: provide clients with the impeccable service, commitment, and loyalty that you would expect from others.
Cathi has an extensive following of customers with over 15 years of eyelash extension experience. She has received training from 3-D Lash, Luscious lashes, Lash Tribe, and Eyelash excellence, and continues to educate herself and her staff on an ongoing basis. She is also a proud member of the National Association of Lash Artists.
Growing up in a family-owned business all her life, Cathi’s work ethics are instilled in her deeply. The Lasheville team is deeply committed to giving you personalization along with the best customer service and experience you can get in the beautiful town of Asheville.

Karli Creasman, Lash Technician
Karli is a NC licensed cosmetologist who specializes in lash and brow services. Originally from Black Mountain, she loves hiking in the mountains with her dogs Gunner and Mia, and enjoying quiet time with a cup of coffee while reading. Karli’s favorite thing about lashes are the effortless beauty routine they create. She loves making people feel as beautiful on the outside and they are on the inside. Karli’s goal is to create beautiful lashes while creating a connection with each client and making them feel great!
Her services include eyelash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brow lamination, lip blushing, and facial waxing.

Tori Ferguson, Lash Technician
Tori is a certified Lash Tech in NC and an amazing team player on the Lasheville team!
Originally from Black Mountain and an Asheville native, she loves staying close to home with her family.
She enjoys dabbling in art, experimenting with crafts, and baking, as well as watching one of her favorite series on Netflix and hunkering down with a dreamy romance novel.
When it comes to her work, Tori has a strong following of loyal clients and pays close attention to detail. Her calm, gentle, and soothing nature sets a relaxing tone while working her magic. Tori’s services include eyelash extensions, lash lift and tints, eyelash extension maintenance fills, and facial waxing.
She can accommodate your every need. Her mission is to make clients feel beautiful and to minimize their daily beauty maintenance routine.

Wearing mascara has always been a “MUST” for me. That is until I found eyelash extensions!! I have light, short lashes and smaller eyes and am one of those people that looks dramatically different with and without eye makeup. May sound silly but lash extensions have really changed my life! I save so much time not having to apply primer, and two coats of mascara, and look “presentable” without make up!! So great for “no make up outings” like the gym and even more dramatic when fully glammed up!! I’m hooked and can’t live without them.
Cathi does such an awesome job with extensions that since she moved from CA to NC it has been hard for me to find someone else. Not only did she become a friend, but her meticulous attention to detail and desire to get things “just right” make her a hard act to follow.
